*THE CREATION OF THE ELITE 8: Part 1*

Devlyn: Goodnight, everyone!

Trixie: I don't understand why I have to go to bed so early! I mean, it is only 10 PM!!!

Devlyn: Tomorrow is the first day of school. All three of you will need your sleep. You know...your...beauty sleep or whatever. Gotta look good on the first day, right?

Trixie: Good point! *runs into the bathroom, pushing Blair and Sadie out of the way*

Blair: What was that all about?

Devlyn: I told her she needed her beauty sleep.

Blair: You know, you really shouldn't do that without warning us first.

Devlyn: It was the only way I could get her to go to bed. Speaking of going to bed, you two need a bathroom to use. Go ahead and use mine and then get to bed.

Blair: Fine.

Sadie: Ok!

Devlyn waited while her sisters finished their nightly routines and went to bed. It was the first night they would spend alone. Devlyn felt that she needed to watch out for her sisters now that their parents were gone...Oh, how she missed them...She felt as though she needed to keep watch this first night, just to make sure nothing would happen. Devlyn walked out to the kitchen and grabbed a 12-pack of Red Bull and settled down on the sofa to watch tv.


Kevin: Goodnight, Guys! Goodnight, Mom! Goodnight, Dad!

Mr. and Mrs. Jonas: Goodnight, Kevin!

Joe: Goodnight!

Nick: G'night!

Frankie: Night-night...*yawns*

Mrs. Jonas: Oh, Kevin...before you go to sleep, I just wanted to ask you to keep a watchful eye on your brothers. I didn't want to tell any one of you before I told the others, but I feel like I need to. Your father and I are going away for a week. Aunt Maude is in the hospital again. She needs more chemo.

Kevin: Alright, Mom. I'll keep them safe. I love you.

Mrs. Jonas: I love you, too, Ke...

Mr. Jonas: Uh, honey? There's been a change in plans. We need to go now.

Mrs. Jonas: Bu...

Mr. Jonas: NOW!

Mrs. Jonas: Will you be ok, Kevin?

Kevin: We'll be fine. Go!

Mr. and Mrs. Jonas left, and Kevin was now in charge. He, too, like Devlyn, for some strange reason, felt the need to watch out for his brothers. He got up out of bed, grabbed a coke and a bag of chips, and sat down on the couch to watch tv.


Devlyn was just starting to drift off to sleep when she heard a noise coming from upstairs. She figured it was just one of the girls getting up to go to the bathroom, so she stayed where she was and began to drift off again. Then, she heard a scream. Devlyn ran up the stairs and into Sadie's room, but she was gone. Her window was open and she was gone. Devlyn went to check the other rooms, but they were all empty as well. Just then...

???: Sister number four...

Before Devlyn could make a move, a cloth drenched in Chlorophorm was placed over her nose and mouth. She held her breath for as long as she could and struggled to break free, but her captor was too strong. She finally took a deep breath and in seconds, she was unconscious...


Kevin was watching "The Silence Of The Lambs" when he heard a noise upstairs. He ran up to check on his brothers, because he was a little paranoid from the movie. To his suprise, his brothers were no where to be found. Just as he turned to go call 911, something hit him very hard upside the head, rendering him unconscious.
